Jodie here, founder of FLEXD.

FLEXD was born from my own frustration of never quite finding the right activewear.

Like so many women, I'd buy the leggings everyone was talking about, only to find they weren't quite right for me. They rolled down, dug in, felt uncomfortable or simply didn't make me feel good when I put them on. I found myself constantly compromising between comfort, functionality and confidence.

And as my body changed through different stages of life, I realised finding activewear that truly felt good was becoming harder, not easier.

It made me wonder why we spend so much time trying to fit into activewear, instead of expecting our activewear to fit us.

That's where FLEXD began.

I didn't start FLEXD to tell women they need to change their bodies or become a better version of themselves. I started it because I believe women deserve activewear that works with them, through every season of life.

For the woman finding time for a morning walk before the rest of the house wakes up. For the mum chasing little ones around the backyard. For the woman returning to movement after time away. For the woman embracing the changes that come with getting older. And for every woman who simply wants to feel comfortable, confident and supported in what she's wearing.

At FLEXD, we thoughtfully curate activewear that we've chosen for the things that matter most – comfort, functionality, quality and confidence. Pieces that feel good to wear, move with you throughout the day and become one less thing to think about.

Because activewear shouldn't be a distraction.

You shouldn't be pulling up your leggings every five minutes or adjusting your waistband during a workout. You shouldn't have to wonder whether they're flattering enough or if they'll stay in place when you move. When your activewear is right, you simply don't think about it at all.

We're also intentional about the materials we choose. We prioritise OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified fabrics that have been independently tested for harmful substances, because what touches your skin matters just as much as how it feels.

At FLEXD, we're not chasing perfection. We're creating a space where women feel seen, comfortable and confident in the bodies they have today.

Because movement looks different for everyone, and everybody deserves to feel good.

And we're only just getting started.

FLEXD is more than activewear to us – it's a growing community of women supporting one another through every season of life. Women who know that confidence isn't about looking a certain way, but about feeling good in who you are.
